Rockfig is a social site that helps you find the web's best FREE learning resources for 11-18 year olds: Perfect for teaching, homework and revision.
Currently Rockfig is for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, ICT and Computing, with more subjects coming soon!
Rockfig is for Teachers, Students and Parents.
It unearths new resources - ones you might never have known existed - and lets you share your best finds.
It fits around your busy life -use it at school, at home or on the move –on your desktop, tablet or mobile.
It demystifies the secondary curriculum so you can clearly see the topics your child has to study and easily get to the resources they need for homework and revision.
It’s a social site that helps your child with their school work , rather than distracting them from it

Rockfig was born when David and Susan realised that there's a tsunami of great, free learning resources on the web but no-one can find them, and Catharine's friends were asking her to recommend good learning sites to help their children with revision and homework.
A Rockfig is an extremely hardy and resilient tree that grows in Africa and Australia. It's found mainly on rocky hillsides and outcrops where it's hot and dry, and it produces a small fruit that's really flavourful.
So, there you go; Rockfig has exceptionally strong roots with a very sweet offering.
